The inspection is thorough... |
|
During the inspection, you will be given the information on how to control, turn on, turn off, and maintain all the systems in the house. Any items of concern will be brought to your attention. If a system does not work, is not safe, is nearing the end of its useful life, has been installed or maintained incorrectly, or is just not right, you will know. You are encouraged to ask all the questions you can think of. The inspection is the best time to get the information. When the inspection is over, you will know more about the house than the homeowner!

I was buying the house I had been renting for 2 years. Ralph taught me more about the house in 3 hours than I learned in my 2 years of living there. - Annette DiGorga, Homebuyer, Massapequa |
